Problematic Vampire Set | PDF Pattern Size 6-30 | Astarion's Gambeson
Here comes the star of the show! Steal the spotlight and get revenge with this fabulous embroidered* gambeson PDF pattern! Inspired by our favourite vampiric disaster, Astarion! The iconic character from Baldur's Gate 3 is now yours to cosplay!
This design features the trademark low-cut chaps with the medieval-inspired trousers and fab belt, covered almost completely by the signature blue wool gambeson with red velvet yoke and golden embroidery*. Hidden underneath are the foundation layers - a delicate white wrap tunic with collar embroidery and a simple yet cozy side-vented red vest. Sew up your own vampire ensemble and join the legion at your next convention! ♥
*You don't have to own an embroidery machine to get these pretty details! This PDF pattern features painting and applique versions of the design, for the best accessibility among cosplayers. **IMPORTANT: Embroidery machine files are NOT currently supplied with this pattern, and are available elsewhere on Etsy if you wish to use an embroidery machine. Separate embroidery files may require alteration to fit the final coat, so please always make a mockup first to lower the risk of wasting your own materials.
This fancy gambo not only serves as a great medieval cosplay, but as a staple item in a LARP wardrobe, and stands up to the test for LARP meetups, immersive D&D getup, romantic (or flirty-platonic) outings, and an eccentric office-wear coat- if you dare - and is very easy to sew together!
Print-at-home PDFs available in A4, A0 and Letter size!
All Fabric, Material, and Notions requirements are listed for you within the pattern instructions and listing images.
