All items within Shortwaist Patterns are digital, and are therefore handled entirely online - shipment is automated and handled 100% by Shopify's internal systems, not by human hand! As a business owner, I decided that postage was very quickly boosted to a financial extreme that neither myself nor the customer should be obliged to pay, so every item I sell is digital, to make it as cheap and efficient as possible!

Orders are generally shipped to your email address or account within 1-2 hours. If you do not receive an email notification in this time confirming successful delivery of your item, please contact Shortwaist Patterns at shortwaistpatterns@gmail.com. You will receive a response from the business owner within 48 hours in regards to your online order, and a resolution will be reached shortly thereafter.
